The Department of Youth Services (DYS) is continuously recruiting for qualified individuals to join our organization. The agency focuses on rehabilitative efforts for felony-level youth committed to the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Running a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week operation takes a wide range of employment positions to make it happen. From secretaries, to juvenile correctional officers, to food service workers to social workers, all staff are important to achieving the mission of rehabilitating the juvenile offenders committed to DYS.
